Narrative:
I inspected the adjustment and rig of a horizontal stabilizer cable pulley. I missed the 'rii' designation block on the 'fact' out of the non routine card. Furthermore; the discrepancy idented the 'stb' cable pulley as being worn; but the signoff reflected the 'sta' cable pulley as being replaced. In the subtasks of the card; the 'stb' cable pulley was replaced but the typographical error on the action taken says 'sta.' I did not catch either error. I recommend the addition of a pop-up box in computer system when a card is 'fact' to include 'rii; yes or no.' you or I should not be able to 'fact' a card without designating an rii item.
