Narrative:
I performed a rig check on right&right of stabilizer cable pulleys. We had 4 each; non routine write-ups for cable pulley right&right and subsequent rig. 3 of the 4 non routine write-up's rii block was checked. Non routine write-up engineering order X. The rii was incorrectly marked as 'no.' I feel a corrective action should be put in place like a pop-up box for all final signoffs (is this rii?) or at least lower the rii block next to the final signoff block.

Title: B737 HAD 4 NON ROUTINE WRITE-UPS ON HORIZ STABILIZER CABLE PULLEY REPLACEMENTS. INSPECTOR MISSED RII ON 1 PULLEY.
Narrative: I PERFORMED A RIG CHK ON R&R OF STABILIZER CABLE PULLEYS. WE HAD 4 EACH; NON ROUTINE WRITE-UPS FOR CABLE PULLEY R&R AND SUBSEQUENT RIG. 3 OF THE 4 NON ROUTINE WRITE-UP'S RII BLOCK WAS CHKED. NON ROUTINE WRITE-UP ENGINEERING ORDER X. THE RII WAS INCORRECTLY MARKED AS 'NO.' I FEEL A CORRECTIVE ACTION SHOULD BE PUT IN PLACE LIKE A POP-UP BOX FOR ALL FINAL SIGNOFFS (IS THIS RII?) OR AT LEAST LOWER THE RII BLOCK NEXT TO THE FINAL SIGNOFF BLOCK.
