Narrative:
I have been working at flo for 11 yrs. We have had problems with false targets the whole time. We have primary targets show up all the time. It can take you by surprise when a primary pops up right next to an aircraft you are working. Airway facilities has said can't be fixed.

Narrative: I HAVE BEEN WORKING AT FLO FOR 11 YRS. WE HAVE HAD PROBS WITH FALSE TARGETS THE WHOLE TIME. WE HAVE PRIMARY TARGETS SHOW UP ALL THE TIME. IT CAN TAKE YOU BY SURPRISE WHEN A PRIMARY POPS UP RIGHT NEXT TO AN ACFT YOU ARE WORKING. AIRWAY FACILITIES HAS SAID CAN'T BE FIXED.
