Narrative:

MD80 was climbing off of jax. TRACON assigned a heading towards an active MOA (live oak). I also had an aircraft inbound to jax that I had to obtain vertical separation with before I could turn the MD80 on course and away from the active MOA. Lots of other situations/coordination going on. I climbed the MD80 to FL230 and cleared him direct tay. The C130 was level at FL230 eastbound about over tay. When I noticed conflict alert; I turned the MD80 to a 260 degree heading.
