Narrative:
Loss of xfer bus #2 resulting in loss of IRU 2; first officer displays; first officer flight instruments; normal trim; flap position indication and various other instrumentation. Contacted maintenance and dispatch. Cabin advisory was given to flight attendants. Coordination with ATC for an extended high downwind to check for aircraft landing confign. Had flight attendants check flap position by looking out of the windows. Normal landing accomplished.

Narrative: LOSS OF XFER BUS #2 RESULTING IN LOSS OF IRU 2; FO DISPLAYS; FO FLT INSTS; NORMAL TRIM; FLAP POS INDICATION AND VARIOUS OTHER INSTRUMENTATION. CONTACTED MAINT AND DISPATCH. CABIN ADVISORY WAS GIVEN TO FLT ATTENDANTS. COORD WITH ATC FOR AN EXTENDED HIGH DOWNWIND TO CHK FOR ACFT LNDG CONFIGN. HAD FLT ATTENDANTS CHK FLAP POS BY LOOKING OUT OF THE WINDOWS.
