Narrative:
We started our taxi out of a tight parking spot accompanied by 3 wing walkers. Our right wing was a concern being so close to the right wing of a B737. We went slowly following the guidance of the wing walker until we used our own judgement which was against his signals to continue. Being as the captain had a limited view; I used my brakes to stop. Several more rampies came over and there was discussion of what to do. After receiving unanimous confirmation that it was ok we continued and then stopped again. At this point still some of the rampies were thinking it would be ok while others disagreed. We had our own maintenance look at it and he confirmed that we were indeed touching wings. We were able to get through without any damage/scratches to either aircraft. We received a signoff from maintenance. Spoke to maintenance control; and got the release from dispatch and then finished our schedule.
