Narrative:
At jarrs townsend field (N52) aircraft Y announced on the unicom to back-taxi onto runway 4. I looked up to the pattern and listened on the radio. I saw nothing nor heard nothing; so proceeded onto the runway. About 100 ft onto the runway; I saw what appeared to be a piper cherokee on final; so pulled off the runway onto the grass and continued my taxiing on the grass toward the end of the paved runway. The cherokee initiated a go around and subsequent landing and fueling. As was my plan; I took off; made a traffic pattern and subsequent landing and tie-down. I was told that the other pilot was very unhappy and would file a report.
