Narrative:
While cruising at 16000 ft; we received a #2 bleed air overtemp. The emergency checklist was done along with the single bleed operation in icing condition. We descended to 14000 ft to get out of icing condition. Shortly thereafter; we received a 'wing anti-ice fail; stabilizer anti-ice fail' and 'ice condition anti-ice inoperative.' we ran the checklist for each of the above items and declared an emergency. We proceeded direct to ZZZ and landed with no further problems. The #2 bleed air overtemp was a previous write-up that was resolved by maintenance just prior to us accepting the aircraft.
