Narrative:
I was taxiing the C172 between 2 aircraft parked in rows. The aircraft to the left (another C172) had started his engine. I hit the rudder of a C152 parked to the right; with no apparent damage to the C172 but damage to the rudder on the C152. The rudder is being rebuilt. Nobody was in the C152.

Title: C172 PLT WHILE TAXIING COLLIDES WITH ANOTHER ACFT DAMAGING THE RUDDER.
Narrative: I WAS TAXIING THE C172 BTWN 2 ACFT PARKED IN ROWS. THE ACFT TO THE L (ANOTHER C172) HAD STARTED HIS ENG. I HIT THE RUDDER OF A C152 PARKED TO THE R; WITH NO APPARENT DAMAGE TO THE C172 BUT DAMAGE TO THE RUDDER ON THE C152. THE RUDDER IS BEING REBUILT. NOBODY WAS IN THE C152.
