Narrative:
We were cleared to land on runway 16. After landing; we were told to make a 180 degree turn at the first turnaround point and back-taxi to exit the runway at taxiway a. While back-taxiing northbound; the tower landed a turboprop on runway 16 straight-in toward us. We stopped; not sure of which side to exit the runway if we needed to avoid the aircraft. The turboprop stopped and made a 180 degree turn and exited the runway at taxiway a ahead of us and taxied to GA parking. We were approximately 6000 ft down the runway when the turboprop landed on runway 16. I asked the tower what he was doing and he thanked me for my patience and told us to contact ground. We did not hear the clearance to land as it was in spanish; not english. The turboprop stopped about 2500-3000 ft from us and then made his turn to exit the runway.
