Narrative:
On arrival at outside of ZZZ1 during descent got a call from the back that said 'we have a medical emergency going on and we need to get on the ground now; I will get back to you with details.' I said ok; declared an emergency with center and landed expeditiously. 250 KTS was exceeded below 10000 ft. Kudos to all involved; except it should be noted that we had to stop short of the gate because there were no guide men.
