Narrative:
At approximately 120 KTS on the takeoff roll master caution light illuminated. Continued takeoff and on climb annunciator light illuminated 'doors.' check overhead panel and the aft entry door light was illuminated. Called flight attendants and asked them to check the aft entry door. Referred to QRH. Flight attendant called to confirm that the latch and door was secure. The aft entry light did not go out. Checked pressurization per checklist and it was normal. Consulted with first officer and cabin crew. Cabin crew was not comfortable with continuing flight; thus I elected to divert. I landed without incident. Did required maintenance check and departed.

Title: B737-700 FLT CREW HAS EICAS MESSAGE 'DOORS;' DIVERTS AND LANDS.
Narrative: AT APPROX 120 KTS ON THE TKOF ROLL MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CONTINUED TKOF AND ON CLB ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED 'DOORS.' CHK OVERHEAD PANEL AND THE AFT ENTRY DOOR LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. CALLED FLT ATTENDANTS AND ASKED THEM TO CHK THE AFT ENTRY DOOR. REFERRED TO QRH. FLT ATTENDANT CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT THE LATCH AND DOOR WAS SECURE. THE AFT ENTRY LIGHT DID NOT GO OUT. CHKED PRESSURIZATION PER CHKLIST AND IT WAS NORMAL. CONSULTED WITH FO AND CABIN CREW. CABIN CREW WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH CONTINUING FLT; THUS I ELECTED TO DIVERT. I LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DID REQUIRED MAINT CHK AND DEPARTED.
