Narrative:
The aircraft missed intercepting the pom 114 degree radial on the pom 6 departure. Although he was only 2 mi off course; he entered another controller's airspace without coordination. I couldn't coordination because I was vectoring him clear; and then there was no point in coordinating because he was clear. They recently lowered the lax profile descent; and now all of the ont departures that don't fly the route exactly perfect conflict with lax arrs. We've complained to our procedures department but they haven't taken action; other than to admonish us not to vector off the departure to avoid this conflict. We've been harassed for turning the departures clear of these conflicts because it interferes with noise abatement.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: SCT APCH CTLR STATES THAT MINOR DEVS BY ACFT ON THE POM 6 DEP RESULT IN AIRSPACE VIOLATIONS OF AN ADJACENT SECTOR. RPTR STATES THIS IS DUE TO A LOWERING OF THE ALTS FOR LAX ARRS.
Narrative: THE ACFT MISSED INTERCEPTING THE POM 114 DEG RADIAL ON THE POM 6 DEP. ALTHOUGH HE WAS ONLY 2 MI OFF COURSE; HE ENTERED ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD. I COULDN'T COORD BECAUSE I WAS VECTORING HIM CLR; AND THEN THERE WAS NO POINT IN COORDINATING BECAUSE HE WAS CLR. THEY RECENTLY LOWERED THE LAX PROFILE DSCNT; AND NOW ALL OF THE ONT DEPS THAT DON'T FLY THE RTE EXACTLY PERFECT CONFLICT WITH LAX ARRS. WE'VE COMPLAINED TO OUR PROCS DEPT BUT THEY HAVEN'T TAKEN ACTION; OTHER THAN TO ADMONISH US NOT TO VECTOR OFF THE DEP TO AVOID THIS CONFLICT. WE'VE BEEN HARASSED FOR TURNING THE DEPS CLR OF THESE CONFLICTS BECAUSE IT INTERFERES WITH NOISE ABATEMENT.
