Narrative:
F900 landing new bedford; the C130 en route to nhz. The F900 and C130 were converging; the C130 at FL190; the F900 at FL200. The F900 was issued a descent for ewb believing that the C130 would not be a factor. The sector got busy in the southern portion with multiple departures. When the descent of the F900 was re-evaluated; it was realized that the F900 would need to be turned and expedited down to maintain separation. The F900 was turned and expedited and the C130 was turned. Separation was lost.
