Narrative:
We were at cruise. Several thunderstorms in dfw area flight had been smooth. Plane suddenly dropped. I hit the ceiling and then fell onto an armrest. Got to my feet. Second bump not as severe but knocked me to the floor. Took cart back to galley to stow and secure items for landing. There was no warning and I don't think anything could have been done to prevent this.
