Narrative:
While on right downwind for runway 19R in sna; we were given descent from 5000 ft. Shortly after descent began; we received an RA; disengaged the autoplt; and complied with TCAS directions. TCAS indicated an aircraft passed slight left and overhead by 400 ft. Less than 2 mins later we received a second RA that was 400 ft below us. We complied with TCAS directions and then resumed our approach. To comply with the second RA; we climbed just over 500 ft. No TA's given by socal. Both aircraft were operating opposite direction to downwind traffic flow for sna.
