Narrative:

Cleared visual for runway 15 at bur. Came over the pass. Controller called traffic and switched frequencys to tower. At check-in received a terrain call from the plane. We had everything visual and were beyond the mountains. RA said 1400 ft. PF started a climb; we saw we were clear; continued approach. Can't recall if it was a 'pull up' or not. Due to the radios; severe clear; and extra airspeed; I didn't pay attention to the plane's warning enough to know whether or not we complied with the fom. Will be more careful over the ridges in the future.
