Narrative:
Task card was completed without removal of the CSD oil cooler. There was confusion in reference to if the cooler must be changed or should be changed. Thus the cooler was not changed. The steps were north/a'ed. There was no inspection stamp adjacent to the signoffs. The aircraft has been in service for over 1 week without any defects.
