Narrative:

I checked my time on crew tracking computer at about XA00 pm that night because I would be getting close to my 30/7 times. When I checked it showed me at 30:05 hour for the next day. I had called scheduling earlier that day and told them that there may be a 30/7 issue due to the delays out of ord. He kept pushing me to accept that it was ok to fly based on my schedule; and I stated that it was changed to show me legal; and even with that change I was still overdue to the mdt-ord leg that has me under blocked by 5 mins. He finally pulled me off the trip. So at the end of the day for jul/mon I was 26:02; the jul trip was 4:03; for a total of 30:05 in 7 days; this was not legal. I have the responsibility to follow the far's and should not be pressured to do something illegal in the way I was pressured by scheduling. The changes to my trip block times seem strange also.
