Narrative:

We were on a photo mission at 24080 ft in contact with ZZZ ARTCC. The tip came off of the right propeller. I shut the right engine down. As soon as I got the engine shut down and the propeller feathered I informed center. They cleared me to ZZZ VOR and 18000 ft. 18000 ft was above my single engine service altitude; and ZZZ VOR was 56 KM away. I then asked for direct ZZZ which by that time was 28 KM away and be allowed to circle down. I reported ZZZ in sight; ask center to stay with me until I could contact the tower. We contacted ZZZ tower and informed them we were single engine. We made a routine landing.
