Narrative:
Just departed las VMC. Retracted gear and flaps and the elevator trim jammed. We could not get any more up trim; but were able to down trim. Complied with jammed elevator checklist and diverted to get it worked on. Landed with no incident. Landed according to checklist with flaps 15 degrees rather than our normal procedure of flaps 35 degrees.
