Narrative:
Aircraft arrived at gate and was scheduled for a daily inspection; as well as several other tasks. I assisted with the daily inspection by servicing the engines with oil. The aircraft departed. When the aircraft returned; it was discovered that the oil service door had come open on #2 engine; and damaged the engine bay door. The flight crew did not note any abnormalities during the turnaround.
