The 3 NOTAMS copied below were apparently issued by the military. (Fai approach works the approach control for aei.) unfortunately; no one ever coordination the changes with the controllers at fai approach control. I discovered the NOTAMS on the military dins web site. Some of them have been in effect for 2 weeks! It is just sheer good fortune that we haven't had any operrors or accidents due to these uncoord changes. Paei eielson AFB (back to top). V0017/06 -- gilmore recovery cross falco (eil 315 degree radial at 21 DME) at or below 9000 ft and at or above 5000 ft. V0016/06 -- north pole recovery cross falco (eil 315 degree radial at 21 DME) at 9000 ft. V0010/06 -- runway 31 ILS or TACAN approach: delete 5000 ft restr at nubde: eil 133 degree radial at 14 DME.

Narrative: THE 3 NOTAMS COPIED BELOW WERE APPARENTLY ISSUED BY THE MIL. (FAI APCH WORKS THE APCH CTL FOR AEI.) UNFORTUNATELY; NO ONE EVER COORD THE CHANGES WITH THE CTLRS AT FAI APCH CTL. I DISCOVERED THE NOTAMS ON THE MIL DINS WEB SITE. SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN IN EFFECT FOR 2 WKS! IT IS JUST SHEER GOOD FORTUNE THAT WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY OPERRORS OR ACCIDENTS DUE TO THESE UNCOORD CHANGES.
