Narrative:

Aircraft aml discrepancy stated 'during lavatory service flight attendant reported blue juice was coming up through the floor.' I wrote in the action taken aml block 'cleaned up juice and inspected. No further defects noted. Flushed lavatory operational and leak check ok.' I failed to document that it was blue juice that I cleaned up and that I had flushed numerous times. I thought that since I had not seen leaking through the floor that it was spilled from the bucket that rampers sometime use to pour in blue juice from up in the lavatory. Next shift had found a leak. Later I inspected outside of aircraft; found no leak.
