Narrative:
While at cruise; I fell asleep for several seconds repeatedly. Because of this we missed a frequency change and change of ctrs. Contributing to this was my inability to get enough sleep for 2 days prior to the event and an all-night flight the night before this. My first layover was 22 hours long but I could only get 6 hours sleep and none immediately before the all-night flight. My second layover was about 10 hours long but I could only get 4 hours rest.
