Narrative:
I was loading flight XXX. I noticed that the brakes were released so I called the controller and asked and she said that we had an early brake release. I pulled the belt loader out of the pit and stopped my loading process. Was trying to figure out why the captain released the brakes with no contact from the ramp. This is a huge safety issue and the only way the brakes can be released is from contact from the ramp. I asked to see if they could reset the brakes. To my knowledge the only way to know for sure is to see in system if the aircraft shows returned to blocks. The only thing they did was re-quote it so it showed an XX50 departure. So we went back out and continued to load the aircraft; we finished up and pushed the plane at XX15. The human factors involved were there was no contact between the cockpit and the ramp. I have sent various schedule forms and don't get responses on most of the early brake release.

Title: B757 RAMP PERSONNEL IS CONCERNED THAT THE PARKING BRAKE WAS RELEASED WHILE LOADING THE ACFT.
Narrative: I WAS LOADING FLT XXX. I NOTICED THAT THE BRAKES WERE RELEASED SO I CALLED THE CTLR AND ASKED AND SHE SAID THAT WE HAD AN EARLY BRAKE RELEASE. I PULLED THE BELT LOADER OUT OF THE PIT AND STOPPED MY LOADING PROCESS. WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE CAPT RELEASED THE BRAKES WITH NO CONTACT FROM THE RAMP. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE AND THE ONLY WAY THE BRAKES CAN BE RELEASED IS FROM CONTACT FROM THE RAMP. I ASKED TO SEE IF THEY COULD RESET THE BRAKES. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW FOR SURE IS TO SEE IN SYSTEM IF THE ACFT SHOWS RETURNED TO BLOCKS. THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS RE-QUOTE IT SO IT SHOWED AN XX50 DEP. SO WE WENT BACK OUT AND CONTINUED TO LOAD THE ACFT; WE FINISHED UP AND PUSHED THE PLANE AT XX15. THE HUMAN FACTORS INVOLVED WERE THERE WAS NO CONTACT BTWN THE COCKPIT AND THE RAMP. I HAVE SENT VARIOUS SCHEDULE FORMS AND DON'T GET RESPONSES ON MOST OF THE EARLY BRAKE RELEASE.
