Narrative:
Approximately 50 west of mem at FL350 cruise altitude encountered moderate sudden onset turbulence of opposite track B757 at FL360 in calm air (no wind). I had a feeling it would happen as I have experienced this before. Seat belt sign on and no injuries occurred. Once again; different separation criteria must be established when there is no wind at altitude for wake avoidance. As there should also be established; near the ground for wake avoidance in calm air.
