Narrative:
While working approximately 10 air carriers in 2 different holding patterns and working satellite arrs around atl; I lost main and standby transmitters and receivers. This was very unsafe because I had just issued a clearance and could not receive a readback. This is a continuous problem.

Title: ZTL CTLR RPTS AN ONGOING PROB OF MAIN AND STANDBY FREQ FAILURE AT AN ATL ARR SECTOR.
Narrative: WHILE WORKING APPROX 10 AIR CARRIERS IN 2 DIFFERENT HOLDING PATTERNS AND WORKING SATELLITE ARRS AROUND ATL; I LOST MAIN AND STANDBY XMITTERS AND RECEIVERS. THIS WAS VERY UNSAFE BECAUSE I HAD JUST ISSUED A CLRNC AND COULD NOT RECEIVE A READBACK. THIS IS A CONTINUOUS PROB.
