Narrative:
Busy taxi; takeoff; and climb out. When flight log came over ACARS; we saw a revised load close-out with a new fuel load that put us in too heavy for takeoff. After further review; we saw that the new close-out had a wrong fuel load and the original load was correct.

Title: AN MD80 DEPARTING BUR WAS NOTIFIED AFTER TKOF HIS WTS WERE IN ERROR AND THEY TOOK OFF TOO HVY. THE CREW NOTICED FUEL LOAD ON THE REVISION WAS INCORRECT AND THE FIRST WTS WERE ACCURATE.
Narrative: BUSY TAXI; TKOF; AND CLBOUT. WHEN FLT LOG CAME OVER ACARS; WE SAW A REVISED LOAD CLOSE-OUT WITH A NEW FUEL LOAD THAT PUT US IN TOO HVY FOR TKOF. AFTER FURTHER REVIEW; WE SAW THAT THE NEW CLOSE-OUT HAD A WRONG FUEL LOAD AND THE ORIGINAL LOAD WAS CORRECT.
