Narrative:
During descent for arrival at ZZZ; we received a 'flap fail' EICAS message with flaps at zero. We complied with flap fail QRH procedure; declared an emergency with ZZZ approach and accomplished a zero flap landing on runway 15 at ZZZ without incident. We completed a normal taxi to the gate.
