Narrative:
During cruise; moderate aircraft vibration occurred followed by smoke fumes through ventilation system. Descent was initiated to lower altitude and emergency declared. Continued expeditiously direct ZZZ and landed without incident. Avionics vent fan had failed. Supplemental information from acn 711511: during cruise; moderate vibration occurred for about 2-3 mins. Then smell of electrical overheating was noticed. Captain declared an emergency and I notified dispatch. We were cleared direct ZZZ. During the descent; I also handled a hot air fault ECAM. We landed without incident. Vibration appeared to be related to the avionics blower.
