Narrative:
Climb out of ZZZ1 with numerous leveloffs due to military airspace. ECAM-smoke in avionics at FL230. Captain pilot flying and took radios; first officer handled ECAM and dispatch. There were no secondary indications and no other problems with aircraft. While notifying flight attendants; they commented on unusually high amount of condensation in cabin. Thought that might have triggered smoke sensor. Gave flight attendant cabin advisory; declared emergency; landed ZZZ2. Fire personnel inspected aircraft and opened avionics with no indications; reported overweight landing. Maintenance inspected aircraft and we continued to ZZZ3.
