Narrative:

I took over for dispatcher. There was MEL 22-151 R12 which states no CAT 1 and no rvsm. He did not file no rvsm. I did not catch no rvsm. The captain did not catch no rvsm. The flight was filed into rvsm. The chief dispatcher caught it as flight was climbing to altitude or just at altitude. I sent an ACARS and 'adv' crew and flight descended to FL280. Fuel was not an issue. Maintenance control issued a revision 22-151 R13 a couple of hours later to change a typo that the MEL had. There could have been some confusion there.
