Narrative:
While preflting the aircraft for our return flight to lax; observed and was informed by ramp personnel; that the rampers in lax did not properly secure the baggage netting for pit 4. This caused numerous bags to migrate to pit 5 during the takeoff phase of flight. This could have caused a potentially hazardous weight and balance issue.
