Narrative:

ECAM hydraulic G low level. Ran ECAM and checklist for above system failure. Extended landing gear manually by checklist. After landing on runway brought the aircraft to a stop and then ran tow in checklist. Briefed flight attendants and passenger before landing. Declared emergency with dispatch and ATC. Landing was otherwise uneventful. Aircraft towed to gate. Found that it would be very useful if reference to the tow in checklist would be noted at the end of the manual gear extension checklist as it is very difficult to find.

Title: A320 FLT CREW HAS HYD GREEN SYS FAIL; DECLARES EMER AND LANDS.

Narrative: ECAM HYD G LOW LEVEL. RAN ECAM AND CHKLIST FOR ABOVE SYS FAILURE. EXTENDED LNDG GEAR MANUALLY BY CHKLIST. AFTER LNDG ON RWY BROUGHT THE ACFT TO A STOP AND THEN RAN TOW IN CHKLIST. BRIEFED FLT ATTENDANTS AND PAX BEFORE LNDG. DECLARED EMER WITH DISPATCH AND ATC. LNDG WAS OTHERWISE UNEVENTFUL. ACFT TOWED TO GATE. FOUND THAT IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL IF REF TO THE TOW IN CHKLIST WOULD BE NOTED AT THE END OF THE MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION CHKLIST AS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND.
