Narrative:
I pulled out from a line of parked planes; turned to the right to taxi to runway; was checking my distance from planes on right; doing s-turns; and neglected to look to the left in time to avoid hitting the tip of a parked plane (unoccupied) with my propeller. The plane was parked in front of a hangar on the yellow line; but I should have seen it and somehow did not. The other plane sustained minor damage (a 210 centurion) and mine had a slightly bent propeller; resulting in a mandatory engine tear-down.
