Narrative:
Private flight from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2; a distance of approximately 140 NM. Fuel on board at departure 6600 pounds; estimated burn 2000 pounds. During descent fuel low quantity warning lights came on. ATC was asked for the location of airports between us and the destination. This was followed a short while later by low pressure lights on the right engine fuel booster pumps; and flameout of the #2 engine. An emergency was declared and ATC asked to provide a vector to the nearest airport which was ZZZ; with a runway length of about 9000 ft. At this time the runway was visible. During vectors to short final the #1 engine flamed out as well; but a normal touchdown and landing was made without any damage to the aircraft; or injury to the occupants. During this event appropriate engine relight procedures were attempted unsuccessfully. After the event the fuel tank quantity gauges read 2900 pounds each side (5800 pounds total). Supplemental information from acn 717975: we declared an emergency as we lost the #2 engine. While en route we attempted restart procedures to no avail.

Title: PART 91 FLT CREW HAS ENG FLAMEOUT; DIVERTS; DECLARES EMER AND LANDS.
Narrative: PVT FLT FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2; A DISTANCE OF APPROX 140 NM. FUEL ON BOARD AT DEP 6600 LBS; ESTIMATED BURN 2000 LBS. DURING DSCNT FUEL LOW QUANTITY WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON. ATC WAS ASKED FOR THE LOCATION OF ARPTS BTWN US AND THE DEST. THIS WAS FOLLOWED A SHORT WHILE LATER BY LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS ON THE R ENG FUEL BOOSTER PUMPS; AND FLAMEOUT OF THE #2 ENG. AN EMER WAS DECLARED AND ATC ASKED TO PROVIDE A VECTOR TO THE NEAREST ARPT WHICH WAS ZZZ; WITH A RWY LENGTH OF ABOUT 9000 FT. AT THIS TIME THE RWY WAS VISIBLE. DURING VECTORS TO SHORT FINAL THE #1 ENG FLAMED OUT AS WELL; BUT A NORMAL TOUCHDOWN AND LNDG WAS MADE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE ACFT; OR INJURY TO THE OCCUPANTS. DURING THIS EVENT APPROPRIATE ENG RELIGHT PROCS WERE ATTEMPTED UNSUCCESSFULLY. AFTER THE EVENT THE FUEL TANK QUANTITY GAUGES READ 2900 LBS EACH SIDE (5800 LBS TOTAL). SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 717975: WE DECLARED AN EMER AS WE LOST THE #2 ENG. WHILE ENRTE WE ATTEMPTED RESTART PROCS TO NO AVAIL.
