Narrative:

On dec/sat/06; I removed and replaced both nose landing gear wheel/tire assemblies on aircraft as part of an inspection that was performed that night. The removal and replacement procedures were followed in accordance with maintenance. At XA30 hours on dec/fri/06; I was informed by my line crew chief that next shift maintenance personnel discovered both inner spacers missing on both sides of nose landing gear tires after the flight crew reported grease coming from one of the nose tires. The aircraft was grounded and the flight canceled due to parts department not having the inner spacers available at the station; for which the spacers had to be aog'ed.
