Autoland items removed for other maintenance. Wingtip modifications are not specifically listed as autoland sensitive; nor are the operations checks. Avionics personnel on the dock are not autoland qualified on the B737. Avionics does not have an avionics lead technician. Alerted lead technician assigned and fellow workers.
