Narrative:
The C208 was inbound to the windsor airport (cyqg) on the pices arrival. There are 2 transitions for this arrival from over the london VOR (yxu). Our computer showed the aircraft on one transition while the aircraft turned down the other transition. This arrival since its conception has created a dangerous situation.

Title: ZOB CTLR EXPERIENCED POSSIBLE OPDEV AT 6000 FT WHEN ACFT TURNED ON OTHER THAT STRIP INDICATED ARR TRANSITION.
Narrative: THE C208 WAS INBOUND TO THE WINDSOR ARPT (CYQG) ON THE PICES ARR. THERE ARE 2 TRANSITIONS FOR THIS ARR FROM OVER THE LONDON VOR (YXU). OUR COMPUTER SHOWED THE ACFT ON ONE TRANSITION WHILE THE ACFT TURNED DOWN THE OTHER TRANSITION. THIS ARR SINCE ITS CONCEPTION HAS CREATED A DANGEROUS SITUATION.
