Again no communication offered by ATC brasilia and amazonica. 2 clearance limits get reached and no communication. No next sector available on frequency instructed to contact. This junk aircraft has the usual months old no satcom problems; see numerous mrm and aml history. HF useless that far inland in south america with no response from published frequencys despite getting 'ldoc' SELCAL check ok near the coast of sao paulo before starting flight well inland. ACARS dropping offline with VHF only available for it to operate. Notified dispatch; several communication tries to dispatch fail on satcom. 'Ldoc' useless inland. All communication frequencys tried. Transponder 7600 and 121.5 used twice; no response 121.5. Second time 123.45 ok many mi later of no communication with relay from another air carrier frequencys to call equal no response. The usual south america communication disaster in countries that throw people in jail for incompetent ATC services. Garbage thrown on the back of the PIC with everyone profiting from PIC risk to license and jail. Incompetence; getting worse by the day and I have been flying south american since 1974.

HF USELESS THAT FAR INLAND IN SOUTH AMERICA WITH NO RESPONSE FROM PUBLISHED FREQS DESPITE GETTING 'LDOC' SELCAL CHK OK NEAR THE COAST OF SAO PAULO BEFORE STARTING FLT WELL INLAND.
