Narrative:
During deplaning; passenger in seats 6A; 6B told the flight attendant that their seat was not mounted to the floor. I inspected seat 6A and B and confirmed that it was not attached to the floor; and I was able to move the seat in any direction. This to me; was a serious safety issue.
