Narrative:

Company using a courier service to transport parts. In turn the courier is hiring/contracting line drivers; taxi drivers; and private drivers to transport parts. The issue at hand is the chain in ownership to the part. These drivers have no company idents and has not cleared by the hsa/FAA. Only use air carrier employees or bonded personnel for the transport of parts. Management at ZZZ has been notified and transport department at air carrier has been notified.

Title: TECHNICIAN RPTS THE COMPANY STORES USES A COURIER TO TRANSPORT ACFT PARTS. THE COURIER IN TURN HIRES TAXI DRIVERS; CONTRACT TRUCKING AND PVT DRIVERS TO TRANSPORT THE PARTS. THESE DRIVERS HAVE NO COMPANY; FAA OR HOMELAND SECURITY IDENT OR CLRNC.

Narrative: COMPANY USING A COURIER SVC TO TRANSPORT PARTS. IN TURN THE COURIER IS HIRING/CONTRACTING LINE DRIVERS; TAXI DRIVERS; AND PVT DRIVERS TO TRANSPORT PARTS.
