Narrative:
Light to moderate snow; winter operations; de-icing performed; off the gate in a timely manner considering the weather only to have to return to the gate and do it all over again due to mis-loaded cargo. Apparently we were out of cg and a pallet had to be pulled off. This happened only one week after we departed for ZZZ and had to return 1 hour out because too much dry ice was loaded.
