Narrative:
Cleared for takeoff on runway 33. After rotation and during climb out over runway 33 (approximately 200 ft AGL) an aircraft was noticed underneath us rolling out at a high speed after touchdown on runway 4. Upon arrival at destination; I called kissimmee tower and was advised the aircraft landing on the crossing runway was cleared to land on runway 5 at lakeland (lal); fl; which is roughly 50 mi away from ism and was not talking to ism tower.
