Narrative:

We had a poor climb out and were unable to get to flight planned altitude and were given FL320 for a final. Our best alternate was ZZZ with forecast visibility of 1 mile. The WX at ZZZ2 was 10 miles and 3000 ft sct. The best option was to notify ATC of minimum fuel and land where the WX was VFR.
