Narrative:
The flight made an overweight takeoff. I was notified that the flight was overweight 2 mins after the flight had departed. The load planner informed me that the tailwind was not considered in the final calculations of the weight and balance.

Title: DISPATCHER DISCOVERS AFTER THE FACT THAT ONE OF HIS FLTS HAS DEPARTED OVERWT DUE TO A TAILWIND.
Narrative: THE FLT MADE AN OVERWT TKOF. I WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE FLT WAS OVERWT 2 MINS AFTER THE FLT HAD DEPARTED. THE LOAD PLANNER INFORMED ME THAT THE TAILWIND WAS NOT CONSIDERED IN THE FINAL CALCULATIONS OF THE WT AND BAL.
