Narrative:
Once at cruise altitude I left the cockpit for the first break. After completion of the break the captain briefed me that the center hydraulic system had lost all the fluid. Captain had contacted the dispatcher and talked with maintenance control about the problem and elected to continue the flight to ZZZZ and declare an emergency with ZZZZ approach.

Title: A B777 EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF CENTER HYD SYS FLUID. THE FLT CREW CONTINUED TO DESTINATION; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WITH APCH CTRL.
Narrative: ONCE AT CRUISE ALT I LEFT THE COCKPIT FOR THE FIRST BREAK. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE BREAK THE CAPT BRIEFED ME THAT THE CTR HYD SYS HAD LOST ALL THE FLUID. CAPT HAD CONTACTED THE DISPATCHER AND TALKED WITH MAINT CTL ABOUT THE PROB AND ELECTED TO CONTINUE THE FLT TO ZZZZ AND DECLARE AN EMER WITH ZZZZ APCH.
