Narrative:
On the approach to runway 23; we received a hydraulic pump 2B cas message followed by hydraulic #2 low pressure cas message. We pulled up the hydraulic page on the EICAS and the #2 hydraulic system had 0% quantity and pressure fell from 2800 psi to 0 psi. We ran the QRH; declared an emergency; executed a break off from the approach; and then requested an approach to runway 18R. We then landed with no incident.
