Narrative:
I am an ATC specialist at ZAU. The center is implementing a complete redesign of our airspace; and also new procedures for ord; mke; and dtw arrs. This has been accomplished in a secretive; last min fashion. There has been little or no training; and preparations have been dangerously inadequate. I submitted letters to management; and I fear reprisal should an incident occur while we experiment with live human beings during the implementation.
